The Jeff the Land Shark Collectible Figure features:

- One (1) head with a smiling expression
- One (1) head with an open mouth, featuring two (2) interchangeable tongues (one with tongue tip up and one with tongue tip down; magnetically attachable to the open mouth)
- Approximately 11 cm tall and 18.5 cm long
- Newly developed specialized body with detachable dorsal fin and tail fin
Costume:
- One (1) pink-colored collar with a gold-colored name tag
- One (1) removable pink-and-white colored plush material “Incognito Dolphin” suit with button eyes, silver-colored fishbone zipper pull charm, and a yellow-colored barcode and blue-colored swim ring charm on the left fin*

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
