ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, between 10.00am to 4.30pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For Store Pickup orders, our staff at your selected store pickup location will contact you for collection, typically via SMS. Depending on stock availability at the outlet, you may only be able to collect your order after approximately 1-2 business days.

For Local Delivery orders, once orders are sent out, please allow approximately 3-4 business days in transit for delivery via courier.

LOCAL DELIVERY RATES

Our delivery rates are fixed. Please refer to the table below.

We only deliver within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive an tracking number via email once your order has been sent out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery courier company to file a claim.

Please have all packaging materials and damaged goods present before filing a claim.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All return or refund requests are reviewed by our team. Contact us by clicking here and stating your issues with the item received.

All items to be returned or refunded must be requested within 7 days from the day of collection. Any requests after this period will not be entertained.
