Product Description
Players build their decks and play against opponents. The goal of the game is to reduce the opponent's life points to 0. Each card has abilities and effects, and players are required to use these to their advantage in the battle. Starter Deck 01 contains cards necessary to understand the basic rules and flow of play. It is designed so that even beginners can play right away, and Ultraman fans can enjoy it. The Ultraman Card Game is supported by many fans because it allows you to enjoy the highly strategic gameplay and the world view of the Ultraman series. While building a deck and playing, you can also enjoy devising your tactics and strategies.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
- For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
