- The design philosophy of the series has been refined, resulting in a more sophisticated style than previous "Masterpiece/MPG" figures.
- Transformation is the core of "Transformers;" the design aims for intuitive transformation from vehicle form to robot form, allowing for repeated enjoyment.
- Stylish proportions are pursued to appeal to "Transformers" fans of all generations and regions. Furthermore, abundant details are included to provide a sense of value.
- While maintaining Hot Rod's distinctive design, including the large rear wing and characteristic fire markings, a complete transformation without any extra parts is achieved.
- The easy-to-play structure and freedom of movement in the joints allows for more dynamic posing.
- As accessory parts, two photon lasers, a saw blade, and the welding torch seen in the show are included. In addition, 5mm joints, familiar in "Transformers" figures, are placed in various parts, allowing you to enjoy your own unique Hot Rod.

- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
- For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
