Product Description
BRICKROID is a series of collectible robots. Standing at around 5cm tall, these robot toys are made with the concept of "cool and fun"! The series uses a uniform design format to bring together robots from a plethora of media. The small bodies are loaded with all the fun of posing and displaying them.
· The toy stands at approximately 5cm tall and is made with ABS.
· Featuring articulated heads, arms, and legs.
· Convex block bases are included. The holes on the bottoms of their feet can be attached to 5mm diameter studs, allowing them to be displayed on dedicated stands. They can also be attached to generic brick toys with the same measurements.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
- For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
