Steam Deck's stereo speakers pack a punch. An embedded DSP provides clarity and a wide soundstage for an immersive listening experience. Connect your favorite headset, or use the onboard dual microphones to chat with your friends.

40Wh battery

Steam Deck's onboard 40 watt-hour battery provides several hours of play time for most games. For lighter use cases like game streaming, smaller 2D games, or web browsing, you can expect to get the maximum battery life of approximately 7-8 hours.

Expandable I/O

Fast Suspend / Resume

We’ve built a quick suspend / resume feature into SteamOS. Press the power button, and Steam Deck will suspend your game and go into sleep mode. Push the power button again and it will wake up right where you left off.

                Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

                • For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet. Processed with 2-3 working days.
                • For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

                EXCHANGE

                We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

                1. Physical receipt
                2. Reason for exchange

                DAMAGES

                Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

                When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

                REFUNDS

                We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
