HARLEY QUINN is the lovable villainess who isn’t afraid of being called a liar or a cheat! To capture her acrobatic action poses, we have incorporated clicking ball joints in her knees. This technology allows her legs to look natural and hold poses while still maintaining a wide range of motion. We took great care in the sculpting of her outfit so as to accentuate her coquettish charms, but we also made sure the paintwork kept a signature creepy tone fit for a villain, as well as mimicking realistic dirt and grime. It really feels like she has just stepped right out of ARKHAM CITY. This figure comes with several accessories to tie up all of her unique craziness in one sweet package, including: an interchangeable head, hair pieces, a gun, a bat, and the police hat she wears in one of her most memorable in-game scenes.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
