Introducing a Qi-certified wireless charging pad from FINAL FANTASY XIV! 

The surface of the pad features the design of Azem's arcane circle which lights up when charging begins and remains illuminated for about three minutes after a device is removed. Simply place a compatible device on the pad to start charging. Charging isn't limited to smartphones, and it can also be used in conjunction with other Qi-compatible devices like wireless headphone cases.

  • For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
  • For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days

EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
