Product Description
Blending action and survival horror, Biohazard 6 promises to be the dramatic horror experience of 2012. Resident Evil favorites Leon S. Kennedy and Chris Redfield are joined by new characters, including Jake Muller, to face a bioterrorist threat on a global scale, as the narrative moves between North America, the war-torn Eastern European state of Edonia and the Chinese city of Lanshiang. Resident Evil 6 features three distinct, yet interwoven story threads, each with their own pair of protagonists for either solo or co-op play, both offline and online. Leon S. Kennedy is paired with US government agent Helena Harper, while Chris Redfield teams up with fellow BSAA member Piers Nivans. Finally, gun for hire and son of the infamous Albert Wesker, Jake Muller, is joined by Sherry Birkin, the daughter of former key Umbrella scientists, William and Annette. All six must face a new horror - the highly virulent C-virus that has been unleashed on an unsuspecting and unprepared world, creating new and deadly transformations.

- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
