From the "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-: The Heroines' Tea Party" event that took place at the Tree Village shop in Tokyo Solamachi in November 2017 comes a scale figure series based on the official illustration from the event. The fourth figure of the series is Beatrice.
Beatrice has been recreated doting on her beloved Pack while the others chat during the tea party at the Roswaal Mansion. Beatrice's rarely-seen affectionate expression and the voluminous appearance of her dress have been faithfully captured in figure form. Be sure to display her with the other Tea Party series figures Emilia, Ram and Rem!

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
Any balance amount will be collected upon pick-up. If stocks are not fulfilled for your order, you will be informed via email regarding the actions to be performed for your payment.
You will be informed by our outlet staff once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
