The Bearer & The Last Flame is a dark fantasy action game. In a realm where death is ever-present, a living soul has been tasked with carrying the last flame and illuminating the lands of night, the dark lands.
At the edge of the dead land of men, darkness has ravaged all signs of life. The lost souls of bloodthirsty warriors seek rest in the underworld, home to abyss demons, the darkest creatures, and soulless sorcerers.
Darkness hangs over the land, and light is barely perceptible. There is no solace for life. But in the high mountains of Selender, a glimmer of hope has risen. A living soul has received its mission. A valiant soul to illuminate the lands of night, the lands of darkness. This is your mission, bearer of the Last Flame.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
