Product Description
Predator: Hunting Grounds is an asymmetrical shooter set in remote areas worldwide. Players are transported into the Predator universe, where the Predator stalks the most challenging prey. Play as a member of the Fireteam and complete paramilitary operations before the Predator finds you. Or play as the Predator to hunt the worthiest prey, choosing from deadly alien tech with which to collect your trophies. The Predator’s mission is clear: The Hunt.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
