*Due to an error during Sony Interactive Entertainment's manufacturing process, the two discs that comprise the physical version of FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH have been printed with the incorrect labels.
This error will not affect players' ability to play the game as long as they follow the instructions outlined below.
【Explanation of the Issue】
The Data Disc is erroneously labeled as the "Play Disc"
and the Play Disc is erroneously labeled as the "Data Disc."
【How to Rectify the Issue】
By following the guide below, players will be able to play FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH on their PlayStation®5 console without issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
- Insert the black disc (marked "Play Disc") into your PlayStation®5 console and install the requisite data.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Once the installation is complete, insert the white disc (marked "Data Disc") to start the game.
- After the initial installation, players will only ever need to use the disc labeled "Data Disc" from step 2 to play.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

DAMAGES

When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
