Ever since she was a child, Chaya has dreamed of becoming a hero!
She has been marching forward on the path to her dream by continuously taking on and completing quests from the Adventurers' Guild.
However, during one of her missions, Chaya accidentally blew up Ife’s bakery.
Unable to afford the hefty repair costs, she has no choice but to start working off her debt at the bakery to pay it back.
While gathering baking ingredients for Ife, Chaya quietly pushes forward with her own guild quests.
Fortunately, heaven rewards her hard work—Chaya discovers traces of the legendary Aeruta Crystal.
Yet, little does she know, all of this is part of a terrifying conspiracy!
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
