Product Description

Jail - a living prison for humans, buried 666 meters underground. It appeared suddenly several decades ago,​giving birth to monsters calledMarchenand patrolled by madness-inducing Nightmares.​

​A group of prisoners, Jack and the Blood Maidens were reincarnations of fairy tales who dared to escape.​They climbed from the bottom of the tower up to the surface, filled with hope...​

​But outside were thousands of corpses soaking in a sea of blood. There stood beings known as Massacre Pink, smiling. At that moment, hope was destroyed. The group was torn asunder, with Jack and the Blood Maidensscattered to their own paths.​

​Separated, they are each drawn to the devouring Jail that floats in the sky...​This is the finale of the tale of the Blood Maidens.

EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

  1. Physical receipt
  2. Reason for exchange

DAMAGES

Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
