Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings is the 19th instalment in the main Atelier series (which began in 1997), and is the final entry in the ‘Mysterious’ trilogy sub-series – taking place after the events of Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book and Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey. In the latest entry players follow the tale of the alchemist twins; the reserved but caring Lydie Marlen, and the eccentric and carefree Suelle Marlen. They both work alongside their father at the family atelier, but due to his inexperience in alchemy they rarely see any customers. Whilst working hard to hone their skills, the duo uncovers a mysterious looking painting, and as they reach out to investigate they are drawn inside a world bountiful with rare materials… perfect for Alchemy! This fateful discovery is just the beginning of the twin’s adventure leading them to their joint goal… to run the best atelier in the country.

- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
