Olivia’s gigantic wings and bold yet highly detailed character design are faithfully recreated by sculptor Koei Matsumoto!
The illustrator Mushimaro was also involved in the creation process with designing details not shown in the original art and supervising the sculpting process, resulting in a dynamic and beautiful figure that stands over 30cm tall.
The hair, wings, and ornaments around the statue’s waist are created with translucent plastic, and the combination of clear and opaque paints give the statue a deep finish that emulates the atmosphere of the original character art.
The base is covered with magical crystals jutting out from a pitch black void, with an impact that matches the statue itself. The crystals are also made with translucent plastic, giving them an fantastical appearance.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
