Product Description

Candle is a puzzle adventure with demanding puzzles. Players take on the role of Teku, a young man bound to rescue his tribe’s shaman from the vile Wakcha Clan. But the way is spiked with traps and many trials. To master the way ahead, Teku has to pay close attention to his surroundings and make good use of his deductive skills – or his journey will come to an early end. But Teku has a special gift: His left hand is a candle.

He can use it as a torch to fend off enemies or as a bright beacon to light dark places. Candle’s unique charm comes from the beautifully hand-drawn watercolor visuals, as all backgrounds, characters and objects have been individually painted and scanned for the game. Every minute of Candle feels like a living painting.

    Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

    • For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
    • For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

    EXCHANGE

    We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

    Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

    To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

    1. Physical receipt
    2. Reason for exchange

    We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

    DAMAGES

    Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

    When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

    REFUNDS

    We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

    Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
