Challenge your family and friends in local multiplayer or train yourselves against AI!

Challenge your family and friends!
Play with up to 2 or 4 players in local multiplayer depending on the game you choose. Only have 1 controller? Thanks to our pass and play mechanic you can play most of That’s My Family games with only that in local multiplayer! Want some practice?
You can also play against AI to prepare your game night!

Play a member of your new family, the Grandpa, Grandma, Mom, Dad, Boy or the Girl. Everyone has a thematic skin for each mini game!

Additional Information for Purchases
Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
