Product Description
The SWORD ART ONLINE anime series, which is based on a series of novels of the same name by Reki Kawahara, depicts the adventures of the protagonist, Kirito, in both the virtual world of the mysterious next-gen online game SWORD ART ONLINE, and the real world.
The “Alicization” story arc of the novels and anime is set in a virtual world known as “Underworld”, which is also the setting for this RPG. The title faithfully recreates the story up until the final battle against the main boss of the first half of the “Alicization” arc, the Administrator. Following the battle against the Administrator, the game then branches out, telling its own original story.
Take control of Kirito, and together with his allies you know and love from the original works, set off on a journey of discovery in the vast world of the “Alicization” story arc.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
