      Manage life at an inn alongside beloved characters! Familiar faces from across the Sword and Fairy universe come together to run an inn and build a happy life in Sword and Fairy Inn 2, a cute and casual life simulation RPG that combines a huge variety of gameplay mechanics in adorable chibi style!

      Manage a family restaurant, travel the world to find legendary kitchenware and trade special food items, grow crops, play mini games and more! But above all else, you’ll need to make sure your customers are happy with the services you provide, which will bring more people to the village and make your inn a bustling success story.

      As you manage the inn, you’ll be able to assign specific roles to each character you meet and recruit, and as you progress, you’ll learn more about each of your companions – their goals, personalities, skills and their often-comical flaws. This is a lighthearted take on the Sword and Fairy world, one that’s comforting and familiar for long-time fans but also welcoming to newcomers.

                              Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

                              • For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
                              • For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.

                              EXCHANGE

                              We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                              To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                              Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                              To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

                              1. Physical receipt
                              2. Reason for exchange

                              We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

                              DAMAGES

                              Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

                              When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

                              REFUNDS

                              We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                              Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
