Become the very best veterinarian ever! These adorable pets aren’t feeling too well, so let's give them the care they need! Pups & Purrs Animal Hospital is a simulation game in which you can have the dream job you’ve always wanted taking care of cute, fluffy friends.
Our poor little friends can't speak, so it's your job to find out what's wrong with them in Checkup Mode. Carefully check for injuries by performing various tests, such as X-rays, taking their temperature, using a stethoscope. Once you know what's wrong, administer treatment by performing your job! There are 20 different mini-games to test your prowess as a veterinarian.
18 different breeds of cute fluffy friends will need your help at the clinic.
On your days off, wind down by enjoying the weekend! Go shopping and choose from 184 different outfits. Visit the hair salon and pick one of 40 different hairstyles! Additionally, you can enjoy hanging out in the city going to the movies, the amusement park, the beach, and much more!
Additional Information for Purchases
Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
