Portal Knights is a cooperative action RPG in randomly-generated sandbox worlds. Level up your character and craft powerful gear to defeat your enemies in real-time tactical combat. Explore dozens of islands with unique environments and restore peace to a world torn apart by The Fracture.
Begin your journey as a Warrior, Mage, or Ranger. Defeat formidable monsters and epic bosses while gathering resources to craft powerful weapons, armor, and spells to help you on your adventure. Now you can manage your inventory better using the touchscreen controls on the Nintendo Switch. Then combine the unique attack styles of all the classes by teaming up with your friends, and get the upper hand by using the elements in battle!
Travel between worlds by collecting portal shards and rebuild the ancient gateways. Meet 100+ memorable NPCs, recruit a pet, complete quests, and earn valuable loot. Be warned: the lands may change at random with lightning storms, enemy invasions, and more! Make sure to build your perfect home to store your treasure on our vacant islands - choose from dozens of materials and furnishings to make it your own!

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
