Easy-to-grip shape
The easy-to-grip shape allows you to enjoy the feel of a gamepad even in handheld mode. This allows you to enjoy comfortable gameplay without getting tired even when using it for long periods of time.
Equipped with back
Each L/R side controller has a back button. The assign (button button assignment) function allows you to assign your favorite button functions to support complex operations during games.
Turbo/Turbo hold function
Equipped with a continuous fire function that allows you to fire continuously while the button is pressed, and a continuous fire hold function that allows you to fire continuously without holding down the button. You can switch the rate of fire in 3 stages. (5/10/20 times/sec)
Equipped with headphone microphone terminal on attachment
You can now play games with the headset even in TV mode, and you can adjust the volume and turn the microphone on and off using the buttons at hand. *Some software does not support the voice chat function in the "Nintendo Switch Online" app.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
