            The Dark Moon that hangs over Evershade Valley seems to have a calming effect on the ghosts that reside there. The quirky Professor E. Gadd has been studying the friendly spirits. Luigi must stumble into action and summon his courage to restore the Dark Moon to its rightful place in the sky.

                                                                              EXCHANGE

                                                                              We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                                                                              To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                                                                              Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                                                                              To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

                                                                              When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

                                                                              REFUNDS

                                                                              We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                                                                              Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
