Lost Castle is an action-packed RPG, rogue-lite, and side-scrolling beat 'em up featuring randomized dungeons and charming hand-drawn characters. Castle Harwood was once the heart of a happy, noble land, but it has been thoroughly corrupted by demons and wicked magic. Now, it is up to teams of intrepid treasure hunters to brave the ever-shifting ruins to vanquish evil, collect the fallen Earl's treasures, and reclaim the castle.

This complete experience also includes The Old Ones Awaken expansion. Greedy treasure hunters have dug far too deep beneath Castle Harwood, unearthing ancient, forbidden powers and awakening creatures best left forgotten. Expand your dungeon crawling journey into entirely new, unexplored depths packed with forgotten lore, ancient bosses, and powerful relics.

                      We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                      To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                      Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                      To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

                      2. Reason for exchange

                      We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

                      Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.

                      DAMAGES

                      Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

                      When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

                      REFUNDS

                      We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                      Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
