Product Description

Long Gone Days is a JRPG set in the real world about human connection during war, focusing on civilians, language barriers, and borders.

Follow Rourke, young man trained from birth to be a sniper for The Core— a subterranean paramilitary state. On his first mission, he is sent to the surface under orders of great significance. Motivated to finally be able to show the fruits of his training, he carries out his first orders to perfection only to find out that The Core was far from being the noble organization he thought he knew.

                      EXCHANGE

                      We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                      To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                      Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                      To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

                      1. Physical receipt
                      2. Reason for exchange

                      We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

                      Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.

                      DAMAGES

                      When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

                      REFUNDS

                      We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                      Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
