Overview
Cross Tails is a tactical strategy RPG rich in character development that follows a story-driven plot and stage levels depicted in a 3D quarter view. Players will throw themselves into turn-based battles with a wide range of characters each with their own classes.
Story
The Kingdom of Ranverfurt, a country of the Hundians, and the Republic of Hidiq, a nation of the Felles. It has already been a decade since the war started between these two nations as neither side is able to put an end to it. The hatred between the two peoples is so deep as if it was imprinted in their memories...
Game Mechanics
In turn-based battles, players can enjoy highly strategic combat that takes advantage of the varying elevation of the terrain and character orientation. The game also features a high degree of freedom in character development, including class changes, skill trees, and faith selection. Aim for victory by utilizing a total of more than 30 classes, including the heavy knight who serves as a wall in the vanguard and the archer who excels at long-range attacks.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
