Join Shin-chan and his family on a 7-day summer vacation in Kyushu. Before the start of your adventure, you’ll receive a strange camera from an Evil Professor that serves as your daily companion in recording all of your discoveries and moments during your venture. Enjoy doing other stuff like catching various insects and fishes to fill up your wildlife journal. So, be sure to get your camera and bug-catching net ready as you explore the wonderful land of Kyushu.
However, things get a little bit tricky upon realizing that your friends in Kyushu look exactly the same as your friends’ way back home. Plus, things get even darker upon your encounter with a giant creature and a strange man.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
