Every shift brings new conversations, new connections, and new possibilities. While the atmosphere feels familiar, the customers and their journeys are entirely new.
You'll meet
Kenji, a traditional kappa salaryman searching for meaning after retirement. Vin, the Barista’s assistant coping with a fractured past and the lingering consequences of a previous disaster. Ayame, a happy-go-lucky but recently deceased girl struggling to understand her unexpected afterlife. And many more new faces, each story unfolds based on how you listen, respond, and serve.

Master Tomodachill
Engage with your customers beyond the café through Tomodachill, the in-game social network. Tomodachill now features clickable hashtags. By following these hashtags, you can uncover hidden posts from characters you do not yet follow, revealing new layers of the story like a trail of breadcrumbs. Some hidden posts contain important clues that influence how storylines unfold and can affect your path toward the best endings.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
