In Arranger Role Puzzling Journey, you join Gemma on her journey of self-discovery as she struggles to fit into the town she grew up in. As she leaves her tranquil yet suffocating town, she finds herself in a world that is stirring and inspiring, but at the same time, dominated by stagnant monsters and fears born from the negativity of its people. Can Gemma bring change to a world that is losing its vitality and find her place in it?
Play through a world filled with interconnected "grids" and enjoy seamless movement, exploration, and combat. When Gemma moves, the world moves - which means you can enjoy inventive mini-puzzles that add twists to the core mechanics and a constant stream of playful chaos.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
