    Nintendo Switch Online is a paid service that gives members access to online play in compatible games, a selection of NES games, extra features for the Nintendo Switch Online smartphone app, and more.

    Fight it or interact with players around the world for a whole year in games such as Splatoon 2, ARMS, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Tennis Aces and Super Smash Bros.

    • Compatible system, Nintendo Account, internet access and acceptance of the Nintendo Account User Agreement are required to redeem the code and use the service.
    • Not redeemable by Family membership or Nintendo Switch Online - Expansion Pack participants.
    • Code can only be used once, cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or otherwise redeemed for cash.
    • Some services require enough free space on the system memory or on a compatible storage device.

                    EXCHANGE

                    We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                    Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                    To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

                    1. Physical receipt
                    2. Reason for exchange

                    We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

                    Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.

                    DAMAGES

                    Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

                    When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

                    REFUNDS

                    We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                    Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
