Nendoroid [Basic] is a lineup of Nendoroids that omit face plates and optional parts, resulting in more affordability and faster production! They feature the same functionality as regular Nendoroids, allowing them to share interchangeable hand parts, leg parts, head parts and face plates with other Nendoroids!

For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days

EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.

Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
