Item Description
The Nendoroid of River, the fluffy original fox character, is coming back for a rerelease! River lives deep in a forest of autumn leaves, enthusiastically running a pastry shop that he is very proud of.
He likes playing with the other animals that live in the woods, and exercises with everyone every morning exactly on time. He sleeps every night holding his best friend, his stuffed rabbit Berry, and even though he was born and raised in a cold northern country, he always dreams on cold nights of going on vacation to a tropical island with his friends.
The Nendoroid comes with three face plates including a smiling face, a face with his tongue sticking out and an excited face. Optional parts include his stuffed rabbit Berry and a pile of berries on a leaf! Be sure to add him to your collection!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PURCHASE
Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
Any balance amount will be collected upon pick-up. If stocks are not fulfilled for your order, you will be informed via email regarding the actions to be performed for your payment.
You will be informed by our outlet staff once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
