In 2007’s Spider-Man 3, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man donned a black suit as the symbiote alien possessed him. Soon, he realizes that the symbiote has manifested a violent, darker side of himself which he is no longer able to control. At the behest of Mary Jane, Peter decided to detach himself from this dangerous creature.
Meticulously crafted based on the appearance of Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man/ Peter Parker wearing Black Suit from Spider-Man 3, the one-sixth scale figure features a newly developed head sculpt with separate rolling eyeball system, an interchangeable masked head; a greatly-poseable body for dynamic poses; faithful recreation of the black suit with raised silver webbing patterns; as well as detailed accessories such as alien symbiote arms and head with protruding tongue, Spider-Man mask, and a wide variety of spider-web webbing accessories.
In addition, the Deluxe version comes with a diorama figure base displaying the alien symbiote terrorizing Spider-Man in the crumbling structures to recreate the thrilling scene at the bell tower.

Any balance amount will be collected upon pick-up. If stocks are not fulfilled for your order, you will be informed via email regarding the actions to be performed for your payment.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
