Good Smile Company's new "BRICKROID" lineup brings us a series of compactly sized collectible robot toys! They're made with a uniform design format to unite robots from many different sources, and are fun to pose and display!
The iconic Mazinger Z from "Mazinger Z" now joins the lineup! His head, arms, and legs are movable, and two types of interchangeable hands are included: fists, and hands with a 3mm-diameter hole. A convex block base is also included; the holes on the bottoms of his feet can be attached to the 5mm-diameter studs on the bases, and they can also be attached to other brick-style toys with the same measurements. Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
- For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

- Reason for exchange

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
