All boxes are factory sealed and items packed inside are not inspected. We cannot guarantee packaging condition of the individual items packed within the box.
You'll have to open it to find out which design is inside! The third edition of the closed-box "LUFFY's Adventure Memories" is here! The lineup features designs based on "memories of adventure" related to ONE PIECE, including the original comics, animation, live-action dramas, costumes, and games!
This time, there are also collaboration designs with the hugely popular ONE PIECE fighting action game, ONE PIECE Grand Battle! The size is 1/20th of Luffy's height, with a total height of approximately 8.6cm. Bring your memories of ONE PIECE into your hands.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
