                                                                                                                                                                                                • For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
                                                                                                                                                                                                • For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

                                                                                                                                                                                                We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

                                                                                                                                                                                                To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

                                                                                                                                                                                                We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end. 

                                                                                                                                                                                                Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
