- This is a portable mode exclusive controller for the Nintendo Switch™. The "Grip Controller Fit for Nintendo Switch" was created based on customer feedback that suggested a slightly smaller version of the "Grip Controller for Nintendo Switch" would be appreciated. Designed to fit comfortably for hands of all sizes, while maintaining the key features of the previous model, such as "comfort during extended gameplay and stable operation."
- The raised back fits comfortably in your hand, providing a gaming experience in portable mode that feels like using a regular controller. It's designed for long periods of use without causing fatigue, ensuring comfortable gameplay with stable controls.
- Designed with a compact size to fit comfortably in smaller hands, including those of women and children. The width is narrower than the previous model, allowing for a natural posture while holding it, without your arms stretching too wide. The buttons and sticks are also slightly smaller in design compared to regular controllers.
- Rear Buttons + Assignment Function Each L/R side controller is equipped with rear buttons. The assignment (button allocation) function allows you to assign your preferred button functions, aiding in complex in-game operations.
- Rapid Fire / Rapid Fire Hold Function - equipped with both rapid fire and rapid fire hold functions. While holding down the button, you can use the rapid fire function, and the rapid fire hold function allows you to perform rapid fire without continuously pressing the button. You can switch between three levels of rapid fire speed.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff via text/call once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
