The figure is a faithful reproduction of the MIKU FES '24 (Spring) ~Happy 16th Birthday~ event key visual! Miku drifts through time and the cosmos, singing (of course), with her hair flowing behind her; you'll love the slightly flat, angular sculpting of her hair, in contrast to its usual fluffy appearance. Parts of the figure have been treated to a holographic coating for an amazing multicolored gleaming look, and her shirt and skirt are covered in a layer of clear parts, too! The "0x27" in the figure's title means "39" (pronounced "Miku" in Japanese) in hexadecimal code! Her base is included. Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email when the order is ready to be collected within 1-2 working days approximately
- For Local Delivery option, a tracking link will be sent to your email and will be delivered approximately within 5 working days
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
