Looking for a fresh start and some new surroundings, you set off on a voyage to begin your new life!

Unfortunately, the weather has different plans, as your ship is hit by a monsoon, and goes down! You drift into a small harbor town, now in a shambles from the storm, where a young doctor named Jeanne saves your life. The town has essentially been deserted, but you're never one to back down from a challenge!

It will be up to you to help rebuild the town and save the lighthouse...but it won't be easy! Nevertheless, with some hard work growing crops, tending livestock, and gathering materials for repairs, you will be able to make new friends, start a family, revive the lighthouse, and save the town, your new home!

Additional Information for Purchases

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE

We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.

When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.

Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
