2021 marks the 12th anniversary of Snow Miku, and the 2021 design was once again selected by fans through online votes between a selection of outfits all submitted to piapro by fans! This year the theme was "Illumination in the Image of Hokkaido Snow", and the winning Snow Miku design was this version based on illustrations by Annatsu Mikan!
The Nendoroid comes with three face plates including a standard expression, an enamored expression and a smiling expression. Both her clock-themed beret and warm-looking cape are removable. She also comes with a miniature figure of Rabbit Yukine, a smaller beret that she can be posed holding and a song book in both opened and closed versions!
Additionally, the ribbon on her dress can be switched out with a different part to make it look like stretched out angel wings! A clock-themed circular plate that can be used as a background or displayed at her feet is also included. Be sure to add her to your collection!
Material: Painted ABS&PVC non-scale articulated figure with stand included.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
