Hatsune Miku collaborates again with Kotobukiya to bring us a new "Frame Music Girl" action-figure model kit! This figure is based on a design by Fumikane Shimada and Takayuki Yanase!
- This new "Snow Miku" colorway was designed by Fumikane Shimada; a scarf and gloves are included to keep her warm.
- Three interchangeable facial expressions are included: her signature singing expression, plus two smiling faces with her eyes facing left and right. Her faces are pre-painted, so you can achieve a realistic finish just by assembling the figure!
- A microphone and microphone stand are included, as are a speaker drone and a clear base, as well as a base for the figure.
- Sleeveless arm parts are included, in addition to her standard arms. Five pairs of interchangeable PVC hands are included too.
- Her hands, including the wrist joints, can be combined with those of existing "Frame Arms Girl" series figures!
- Decals are included for her eyes and more.
- Her articulated skirt expands the range of her leg movement, and 3mm holes on the back, waist, thighs, etc. allow for compatibility with parts from existing "M.S.G" and "Frame Arms Girl" series items.

- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking num
ber. Item will be delivered approximately within 5 working days.
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

DAMAGES

When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
