The original version of this figure was only available with the 2022 Blu-ray box set of the series sold by Toei Video! This figure features interchangeable realistic facial expressions created by 3D inkejt printing -- a standard expression, a smile, and a face wearing sunglasses. He's armed with his revolver, and he also has a can of coffee; a police ID and cigarettes are also included. This new version of the figure includes a stack of money, a duffel bag, and handcuff parts; his suit and tie colors are different from those of the original figure, too. EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:

Exchange requests for purchases over 7 days will not be entertained.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
