A new figma of Snow Miku in a choir outfit that is sure to light up your heart!
2021 marks the 12th anniversary of Snow Miku, and the 2021 design was once again selected by fans through online votes between a selection of outfits all submitted to piapro by fans! This year the theme was "Illumination in the Image of Hokkaido Snow", and the winning Snow Miku design was this version based on illustrations by Annatsu Mikan! The design has now been converted into this figma together with Rabbit Yukine!
- The smooth yet posable figma joints allow you to create a variety of poses.
- A flexible plastic is used in specific areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
- She comes with two smiling faces and a singing face.
- In addition to her songbook, an optional part to display the ribbon on her back spread out like angel wings is included!
- An articulated figma stand is included to display the figma in a variety of poses.

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
