Features:
- 1. The handle is a dedicated handle for Switch split type. It supports both wired and Bluetooth connections. You can use the handle by inserting it into the Switch host along the slide rails; it can be used by plugging the handle into the "Bluetooth connector". Bluetooth wireless connection, the handle has strong anti-interference ability, stable connection signal, beautiful appearance and excellent grip;
- 2. There are TURBO function keys, and two TURBO modes, semi-automatic and fully automatic;
- 3. Equipped with ASSIGN (custom) key programming function, (the left and right handles are each designed with two custom key programming functions), which fully meets the operation needs of game masters and improves game performance;
- 4. Support USB adapter cable to connect to the computer to upgrade and other functions;
- 5. When the host is sleeping, press and hold the HOME button on the handle to wake up the host with one key;
- 6. Support wired and Bluetooth connection (Bluetooth connection needs to be plugged into the "Bluetooth connector" to use);
- 7. The 3D joystick of this product does not need to be validated manually on the Switch host. It will automatically validate the 3D joystick every time it is inserted into the Switch host;

- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
