World Collectable Figure, WCF for short, is a series of fixed posed static figure and accessories produced by Banpresto that focuses on worldwide well-known animated series, such as Star Wars. Most characters/items in the series are from ~5cm to ~7cm tall. Despite the small format, character rendering is of higher quality than other regular SD figure series, partly due to the fact that it does not obey the regular SD rule of a head-body ratio of 1:3, but chose a more "realistic" scaling of 1:4. They also aren't produced with scaling in mind as every adult is 7 cm tall and children or little characters are about 5 cm tall, regardless of their actual sizes.
The popular Banpresto World Collectible Figure series is now available in a new "Premium" format. The Premium line "super-sizes" the Banpresto's iconic WCF SD figure. While regular WCF figures are usually ~1.9" to ~2.7" tall, but the WCF Premium figure can be from ~3" to over ~5".
This wave of WCF Premium figures features the "First Order Stormtrooper" from Star Wars in super deformed style. Just like a Jedi, or a Lightsaber, a Stormtrooper is also an important icon of the Star Wars franchise. Its design varies slightly in each generation, but this time Banpresto picks the Stormtrooper style as it appears in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens".
In this version of the 3 available variants, Finn (played by John Boyega) is featured as a "First Order Stormtrooper" with the helmet removed. The blood of a fellow soldier is reproduced on his helmet. Even his handheld weapon "F-11D Blaster Rifle" is recreated!

Payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
- For Store Pickup option, you will be informed by our outlet staff and via email once the stock arrived and is ready for pick up at your selected preferred outlet.
- For Local Delivery, you will be sent an email via the courier company with the tracking number. Item will be delivered approximately within 3-4 working days.

EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.
To start an exchange, you can either visit the outlet you purchased from or contact us by clicking here. You will need the following for us to facilitate this exchange:
- Physical receipt
- Reason for exchange
We will be in touch with you in about 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).
DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
