MEET THE HOMUNCULI: At first glance, the homunculi of WiZmans World Re;Try look like fairies. They have the power to ease the souls of defeated monsters and can fuse with them through Anima Fusion. Thanks to Anima Fusion, they can inherit the stats, status effects, skills, and appearance of defeated monsters. Adopt stronger monster abilities, inherit skills, and create your own powerful guardian. With the homunculi at your side, you're never truly alone!
EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day exchange policy, where you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, price tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable. You can only exchange for the same item and not for another different item.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it to check for defects, damages or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us by clicking here for further assistance with our team.
When collecting your order at a TOG retail outlet, you can request to inspect the item before leaving.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item or if the error is from our end.
Orders that are ready for collection have a 14-day reservation period. If the order is not yet collected after 14 days, it may be forfeited without notice and no refunds will be offered.
